What is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 2 pm, check-out before 11 am. If your arrival or departure does not coincide, you can take advantage of our free courtesy room with bathroom and shower and leave your luggage at the deposit.
What is necessary for booking?
For booking you have to communicate your credit card number with expiry date in order to guarantee your booking. No payment will be done, under reserve of the cases foreseen in our cancellation policy.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards.
STANDARD RATES: no charge for cancellations or changes up to 7 days before the arrival date; for cancellations or changes after this term we will charge the full rate for the first night only; in case of no show we will charge the full amount of the stay.
PREPAID AND NON REFUNDABLE RATES: in case of cancellations, changes and no-shows, we will charge the entire amount of stay. Payment is required in advance: the whole amount will be debited at the moment of the booking and is not refundable. The charge also includes 10 % VAT while the city tax of 1 euro per night per person is not included.
EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure, or rather before the date agreed in your reservation confirmation, the Hotel reserves the right not to refund any amount.
Do you offer Internet Connection?
Wi-Fi Internet connection is free and available in all the common spaces of the hotel and in all the bedrooms.
Is there a parking space nearby?
Yes, there is an uncovered, unguarded and fee required car park available, reserved for Hotel guests.
Can I book the transfer to/from Cagliari Airport?
Yes, you can book your transfer directly with us, telling us your flight number and mobile phone, so that we can contact you if help is needed.
The price varies depending on the number of passengers and it has to be paid directly to your driver (a supplement is due for night-time arrivals and departures ).
You will find a driver with your name at the airport gate, that will drive you directly to the hotel where we will welcome you.
If you want to reach the hotel by public transport, you can take advantage of the shuttle service that links Elmas Airport to Cagliari city centre every 15/20 minutes. You can reach Villasimius by bus (ARST).
Is there a Restaurant?
Absolutely! Located on the swimming pool terrace you´ll find the well-known restaurant “Le Grill” welcomes its guests from 7,30 pm until 10,30 pm for dinner à la carte and will let you discover Sardinian flavours and scents, fused in a Mediterranean cuisine.
Is half-board treatment foreseen?
The half-board treatment is not foreseen, but the Restaurant “Le Grill” reserves special conditions for our guests.
Is there a private beach area?
Yes there is, for a fee our guests can take advantage of a private beach area, where are at their disposal beach umbrellas and sun beds only a few metres from the shore.
